As we get older, it becomes less of a cliché and more of a lived reality.


Movement doesn’t disappear overnight. It fades gently. A little less range here. A little more hesitation there. We adapt without noticing – until certain movements feel unfamiliar, effortful, or simply avoided.


Prime Movement begins with this awareness. Not to alarm you, but to empower you. The body responds remarkably well when it’s given the chance to move with intention. When movement is consistent and suited to you, the body gives back strength, mobility, confidence, and ease.


What you keep moving, you tend to keep.
What you stop using, you gradually lose – not through failure, but through neglect. Prime Movement begins by choosing what you want to keep.
