What Clients Experience

Having Michael’s help with my weight loss was great as when he gave me the advice and education of a healthy eating lifestyle I would always have his voice in my head giving me the encouragement to make better choices when food is involved. As a result I lost 18 ½ pounds in about 14 to 15 weeks which smashed the goals I set with Michael. 


Michael gave me the praise when I was doing so well and he never got cross if I had a slip up he just talked it through with me and made encouraging notes for me to take on board. Michael has been a great help to me and I felt as if he was given me his time to help. I wanted to do well and show him I wasn’t letting him down as well as myself and I was learning from him. I can’t thank him enough and I hope to keep having his advice in my head to keep me motivated to carry on and lose some more weight.
